Exercise your Brain!

Intelligence feeds on.. Experience❗️

♾️ A child’s brain development begins with gestation and continues for the rest of his life tirelessly.

🧠This is due to neuronal plasticity, which is the ability of the brain to recover and restructure itself.

We have repeatedly said that every individual is modifiable, and therefore the development of intelligence is not only linked to genetics, but above all to the environment, cultural influences, and the learning experience.

Let your child do his or her own experiences, without going before, without anticipating his or her movements or words.
Let them try to open a box, rather than take a distant or fallen game, let them try to chase a butterfly, a soap bubble. Let them get dirty playing with the sand, let them get wet playing with the water, let them try to button their jacket or take off their shirt even if you’re in a hurry.

🎡All these experiences will make your child an increasingly intelligent and self-confident child.

🏋🏼‍♀️🤸🏻‍♀️But intelligence and an increasingly active brain also feeds on physical movement. 🥋👟🚲

Because learning and movement affect each other throughout life and at any age❗️

🎓🔬UCLA University of Los Angeles' recent research also shows that exercise increases growth factors in the brain, facilitating the growth of new neural connections.

👩‍👩‍👧‍👦So you’re wondering when is the best age to start physical activity for a baby❓
🚼Already in the early days of life, practicing Tummy time on the chest of his mom and dad, and then move to a comfortable mat. 😍

We can then help our child to develop his intelligence with love, joy and fun💕

But remember that the most effective brain activities are not necessarily the simplest ones. So let your baby discover them on his own. With you by him/her side, hi/she will.❤️
