How old can you start exercising?

You can start already from 1 month of life of the child, making him practice little by little and gradually, the Tummy Time, that is a little time on his tummy, on his stomach, on a comfortable and safe mat.

But why is it so important?

Exercise in general, has several benefits, helps to strengthen the muscles, improves the immune defenses, and in addition helps to discharge accumulated tensions favoring psychological well-being.
